Volunteers can make a significant difference in the lives of our participants.
The Leisure Company openly welcomes volunteers to our service. Our volunteers are an incredible group of people who generously give their time, skills and experience to support participants to get the best out of their supports.
The Leisure Company utilise various people from the community to enhance existing staffing resources. Volunteers assist staff and participants in group activities. Volunteers do not replace permanent staff positions; however extra hands enable staff to apply their skills in the activities where they are needed most.
